A while ago, someone gave an advice not to train, but have a day off from training in a bad/rainy day. Yeah well, you follow this advice and you don’t get to train a lot in the danish summer. At least not this summer So I would say, train also when it is rainy and windy, but take care of yourself
The last 10 days I have been enjoying my time in the Italian Alps, having training focus mostly on the biking, ofcourse not forgetting swim nor run either.
My coach puts focus weeks for me, and I normallly respond well to this, lifting my level on the focus area 1 or 2 steps. And for now, biking is on the program. Some funny stuf and some not so funny stuf.
Pretty hard stuf. But …….. I guess it all comes together at the end.
