In February, it is still good time for building strength, whether you train swimming, running or cycling = doing triathlon and even you are training just one of the disciplines. And it is also important to lift the real weights… for the power… and for avoiding injuries
Is cross country good for triathlon???
This week I have been a bit around, and visited for instance a beautiful village in the middle of Dolomites, done some good cross-country again in the famous Val di Fiemme valley, where in 2013 the winter World Championships will be arranged. But is cross country good training for triathlon?
