Maybe you raced ironman this summer, and got problems with your gut and spent some minutes by the roadside and bushes?Did you do a race energy plan before your race? Writing down the amount of energy and salt you needed in the race…

And did you try and test your plan before your race?.

If you did not do all that, I do understand that you got a problem in the race…

And you might have had a problem before the race to get the last extra kilos away from your body…? Those that made you to feel too heavy in the end, and you had to stop running, but had to walk to the goal :-(
