TRX is a new way to train the body to be stronger, by using the bodyweight, and by using a whole movement in the body. This means that even the small muscles in between, and everywhere, that you thought there were no muscles, are activated. The great point is that your body improves the core stability, balance, and flexibility at the same time, and this means your body will all and all get a great balance. And balance means that you feel strong and good.
Actually TRX exercise is something that you can do either as a group training, but you can also include it in your daily training. It is fantastic effective, and takes no more that 30 min in your day And the first times, you will feel the training… as muscle soreness… uhh…! Uhh, because I have it today… the first times, you really feel the effect in a hard way
So why to choose TRX instead of normal strength training in a gym:
