Believe it or not, this morning we were up 5.30 to pick up Craig Alexander for a morning swim.
The days are passing, and the race day is getting closer, let me tell you how it goes……
We’ve had a little trouble allowing comments to made, but that is now solved. Comment all you want now!
Finally we got to Kona Tuesday afternoon, after 6 hours flight from L.A. Long way to Kona, but I am happy to be here now, and even the heat feel already ok.
Stopover in L.A. and trying to get adjusted into the normal rhytm, to get over with the jetlag, well how to do that?
Today I was reading in the news, that Rasmus Henning, the possible TOP5 triathlete in PRO MEN on Hawaii, might not be on the startline in Hawaii; he fall with his bike in yesterday’s training and broke a bone in his hand. Two thoughts comes into my mind; one goes to him: I wish to see him in the start on Kona, and another thought is about Ironman; it is all about getting to the startline…
The camp is going well, the weather is still marvellous, the heat is on
I go hot, and Mallorca is perfect at the moment, as the air temperature is 30 and even the water 28!! It is like Hawaii just 2,5 hours flight from home (maybe less humide, but you cant get It all)
Our good friend, professional photographer Morten Mejnecke, wanted to do a short videoclip of me and my hobby
