“it´s so hot”, is a thing I have heard a lot, when I have been lucky, to talk with athletes, that has done Ironman Hawaii.
So my coach went to action. Like many times, he got a good idea. This time a little crazy maybe, but good.

I am always hungry for the lunch, and eat a great, big and healthy lunch in my workingplace www.sos.dk. I am always the first one asking my collegues to go for some food And they always can wonder that I can eat so much, and not gaining weight (and look anyway like I do, without being big and fat)… And I can tell them once again; “But the secret is in the food, I just go for the quality”.

I love the holidaytime, and specially summer holidays, as it is quiet everywhere -for me best time to train :-)Me and Frank don’t usually take holiday during the summer. This is because when we have holidays, we travel, and summer in Denmark is best time of all the year, so why to travel?
As the media informed last week, Torbjørn “Thunderbear” Sindballe decided to finish his Triathlete career, because of healthproblems, and more exact: problems in his heart.
It is a month ago I was in Hannover getting through the 2/90/21.1 race, and the restitution from the race went great. The first week was light training and recovery from the race. Since the recover week, I have had 2 weeks of big amounts of training and also heavy weight training. This past week was again recover , and this is certainly needed, as I got really tired from the 2 hard weeks. how do I evaluate this?
