When you travel to a new place, it takes always some days to find a system / routine for the days. You don’t even need to travel…Some of us want to have a certain “program” they follow day by day, many of us don’t need it, and want to take the days, like they come. I am more like a routine person… I think… Here is one of my daily routines; my breakky that I need no matter if it is 9 or 13 o’clock
Yes I love my breakfast, like in a picture above, that mostly get to be breakky number 2, as I eat it normally after my morning training; I have my porridge for the carbs, I have my hemp proteinpowder, that I mix in the porridge for the proteins, the vitamins and minerals I get from all the fruits on beside, a spoonful of Udo’s Choice for the essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6, and well a cup of coffee… is a must… made with the real italian “napolitano” and espresso grounded coffee, so it gets to be tasty and strong. The coffee I blend with soya milk … And so I am ready for work, and ready for a new training session later on the day
But talking about the daily routines…
If you are the person, who needs to have the week programmed, maybe not just for yourself but also for your family, so that everyone knows who is and where and when, and it might also be easier to have more time with the family when the time is planned.
So, if you don’t have a coach, making your training plan/program, maybe you should catch one, if you feel your training and your days are passing by unstructured. Or maybe you should just sit down with your partner sunday evening and plan the coming week; who is training and when, who is taking and picking up the kids to/from the school, hobbies, friends etc. And don’t forget the shopping
Actually you don’t even need to be a big family to do this, you can do it even just 2 of you, or even if you are living alone. Make a plan for your week, and you don’t have to be frustrated, if you again missed one training session, or appointment with your friend.
Or maybe you are a person who don’t need any plans, but you follow your feelings, you listen at your body. That is just fantastic, almost as fantastic as this view from my balcony…just now. Hey, have to go for training…session number 3 of the day
