It is almost there, RACE DAY, closer than ever, and I feel more an more confident of my race
So now it is just relaxing in the program. Frank knows that I am not so good in that, so he had prepared a good start for the day. Early up, and down to Kealakoua Bay to make a very light morning swim (=bathing).
6.45 we went into the bay, and we had hard that there might be dolphins there at this time.
And we found them!!!! There was about 30 dolphins swimming around us with there babys, we spend 30 min. in heaven It was truly a morning i will never forget. It could not have been more beautiful morning swim and start for the day.
Now I am by the pool, IN THE SHADOW, as Frank has banned me from the sun the last days up to the race.
Tomorrow I will make a small rehersal / minitriathlon with some speed ups in all 3 diciplines to be 100% ready for saturday.
