My “small” hobby is just something that inspires me, but not only the hobby in it self, but also all the people around this sports.
Where ever I am, I meet happy and smiling people I let the following photos tell you more :
Natascha has, since I first time met her and her husband on Canary Islands, been one of those, that I have learned a lot about, in triathlon, and specially Ironman distances. Still she is racing in Kona, in the age of 45, as professional (lucky me… as she is in my agegroup ) And she is ofcourse going for the first place. You see her always like in this photo : smiling!!!
In this photo there are some good and happy friends from Denmark. Charlotte, x professional triathlete, best in DEnmark for couple of years. Now she is in Kona, enjoying her life and riding around on her timetrial bike together with her Christophe And ofcourse seeing the race on Saturday. Christophe is in charge of all the bike equipment in SaxoBank, living also in Copenhagen, and he is the one who has been helping me so much with my bike; adjusting and fixing. He knows all the small parts in a bike
Morten is an enthusiastic young triathlete, wanting to make his hobby to his job! Talented and racing also on Saturday.
And there is also Jules, who belongs into Craig A. family, was racing in Las Vegas, and sunch a smiley friend!
Then it was time to registrate… look at the lady on the left!!! Could not have a warmer smile… neither the one on the right
So I just want to say: I love this sports, and on saturday, when it is time to rock’n and roll again… I will remember this!!!
Stay tuned… tomorrow I will let you know my race number and give you more race information
