Sometimes it feels that time is really flying. Now I can say it as it is already a week since I won the race on CozumelThe days after the race passed well recovering; with massage, some light swimming, stretching, and walking around = shopping
Cozumel is rather small island, and tourism is mostly concentrated to the west coast of the island, and as the cruiseships anchor to the harbor of the capital every day, is San Miquel full of Mexican handcraft shops, jewelry and watch shops… So for us: not too much shopping We took it really easy, just were hanging around and enjoying the life.
Couple of days after we took the ferry over against Cancun, were the airport is, so we were closer to the airport. And we stayed the rest of our holiday in Playa Del Carmen; a famous holiday resort for specially for Americans.

always easy to travel with bikes...
So, if you want and have a need to hang out all the night, it could not be easier than in this resort…! Lots of restaurants, bar, cafes, fantastic lounge style cafees/nightclubs, beachclubs etc. Fantastic style! We were quite impressed about the style they have.
Shopping; pretty good, cheap, everything, like “tourist things”; handicraft, silver, but also just fashion in great prices. Even Nikes…Lunarlite
And the beach… it is just marvelous…the sand is just so fine, and so white, and there is a lot of it
And the sea, still nice warm water, and flat; your big swimmingpool

ohhh the ocean is my pool
And the food, well lots of nachos I can promise, and quacamole, and jalapenos…. But also great fish, and seafood.
And the drinking… margaritas, they love them, and they love all the cocktails, wine…? Not really…
And the best…people… so friendly… always helping you, always smiling, and allow you to do it all
So…if not before…see you in Mexico next year

Nachos and guacamole, and the sunset
Lyder som en god tur!
