Stopover in L.A. and trying to get adjusted into the normal rhytm, to get over with the jetlag, well how to do that?
We landed on sunday like 05.00 danish time, and had been flying around 12 hours. It took us 2 hours to get to the hotel, so we were a bit ecxhausted when arriving to there, even local time was about 20. Had a short walk on the Venice Beach, feeling the life on the famous boardwalk and then to bed:-)
The first night is always a bit strange; you wake up couple of times during the night, but feel really tired, even in the morning. Slowly slowly during the day the tiredness disapered for couple of hours, and specially as we got a jog on the beach og Santa Monica and a good swim in the local pool. But then you are tired again soon.
These travelling days are easy training days, because of the all the travelling and jetlag. Frank has put focus on easy days, as we are travelling, that means like 4 days, and even more he wants me to focus to stay healthy. These days are all about moving a little, training light and not getting sick. And of course getting over the jetlag:-)
