Actually just a short answer is: no, you dont need to, but if you want to improve and go faster…….
“it´s so hot”, is a thing I have heard a lot, when I have been lucky, to talk with athletes, that has done Ironman Hawaii.
So my coach went to action. Like many times, he got a good idea. This time a little crazy maybe, but good.
But the more crazy the ideas are, the more you need help to get it into real life.
