I R O N K A I S A

In this dark December month, during the period, when I am enjoying my training by doing a lot of different sports, for instance mountainbiking in the forest,  it is quite nice to look back at the year that passed, with all the training camps, races and other exciting moments. One of the moments I will remember is definitely the one, when I was running my long run, accompanied (partly ) by Crowie up in 2500 meters in Boulder.

I was lucky again, having my “private photographer” with, this time with his videocamera, here the result, that I think actually got to be a bit funny one:

Yes, we are here. Well arrived, after traveling more than 24 hours, as one of the connection flights got a delay and we got an overnighting in Honolulu. It did not bother us actually, as we got ourselves upgraded on business on the longest connection So it meant that we were more or less well rested, and got a good night sleep on the flight, and arrived finally well to Kona… to the city of World Championships in couple of days

Believe it or not, this morning we were up 5.30 to pick up Craig Alexander for a morning swim.

After the morning swim with the World Champ Craig, we were still friends even though he was beating me big time. Surprise!
