Spring training
Sometimes it can be difficult to find motivation for a long run. Mine was 1.30 this morning, and after yesterdays 4 hours bike and run training my legs felt a bit tired… The weather is fantastic for running at the moment, this morning no wind, 7 degrees, and sunspells in between some cloudy periods. I put my Asics DS Trainer on, and Maxim gel in my pocket, a small water bottle and there I went.
