Week is gone and we are home again from a great training week on Mallorca; if you ever plan to train in a better climate, and in the mountains, keep Mallorca in your mind, but……
26th of april My daily training
There are many asking me about how do I get my training fitted in to my daily life. Thats a good question; the answer is very simple; by very good planning.
My day starts often by me getting up at 5.30 or 6 in the morning, hurring up to the www.kildeskovshallen.dk for a swim. If Frank is with he will drive me to my job www.sos.dk in Fredriksberg, and I pick my “citybike” form the car, to get home in the afternoon. My job is about 10 k from my home, so it is always a good “rolling”or recover bike to and from my job home.
After the job I either jump on my bike or in my running shoes, to get my afternoon training done. And it is seldom, that we can eat our dinner before 20 in the evening. Many times Frank is with as a coach or just a training partner on my afternoon lessons, its nice, as we at the same time can have a chat of many other things as well.
After the dinner there is not time for much more than sleep, to get the 8-9 hours covered, and the day after i start all over again:-)
