Going for a training camp?
I just came back from mine, you might be on your way? Hopefully you are ready for some good hours of training, and took the week before leaving bit more easy. And don’t stress with finishing the important work issues, or with packing, or with nothing. Stressing yourself will low your resistance, and the risk of getting sick in the flight on the way down, will get higher, you don’t want this…not now, so sleep well the night before, get on the holiday and training mode and get into the flight
