or at least that is how I was thinking. I had to think like this. I understand that even Kona is not until 12 oct., every day from now on, is a day that ads to the result.
If it is a rest day, rest hard !
If it is a easy long day, go easy and go long.
And if it is a day where I climb my love/hate mountain….Passo Santa Barbara by the Lake of Garda, then it is a day, where my head is tested.
If then the brick run is a 500 altitude meter mountain run, in 34 degrees……then I know that I am getting Kona strong, in every way.
So my point is……every day is good for something. Being good for the family….being a good mother…..being a good collega….
and going one step closer to your raceday.
I took one more step today, and a good one. Tomorrow is an easy day. So I will try hard, to be easy. One more step.
